Cancellation and Refund Policy for Airline Tickets

You agree and understand:

Most of the airline tickets are non-refundable except when specified by the airline in writing.

The request for cancelling a ticket must be raised at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the corresponding flight.

No refund is processed in the event of any delay in check-in, no show, overbooking, strike, force measures, weather conditions or any other reasons that are neither under our control nor that of the travel supplier, airport or airline.

Cancellation requests shall only be made via phone call, and you have to Co-operate with our customer support representative by providing PNR and related details when asked for. Additionally, the validation of the cancellation or refund request is mandatory via email also.

Your coordination and support is a must for the smooth processing of your request. Any failure or delay to do so is likely to affect the process, causing delay, abortion, or rejection of the request at our sole discretion.

Any acknowledgement of the cancellation or refund request by us does not guarantee the approval or processing thereof by the airline.

We will process any refund or waiver against your request only if the same gets approved and processed by your flight carrier.

The cancellation/refund approval/refund amount/ refund release is subject to the flight supplier’s terms and conditions and the type of fare you are booking.

We shall not be held for whatsoever and howsoever reason liable for any delay in the processing of the cancellation or refund request by the airline.

After the acceptance of your cancellation request, the due refund amount will be processed and it may take 15-20 Business days to be reflected in your account depending always upon the issuing and receiving banks.

In addition to the charges and penalties of airlines, Cheapfaremart will levy a post-ticketing service fee on per-passenger basis, as applicable. The fee is adjusted against the refund amount once released by the carrier. If the carrier declines cancellation request or refund, we will waive off the cancellation service fee but not our booking fees for the original airlines ticket.
