Payment Acceptance Policy

Cheapfaremart accepts payment via MasterCard and VISA Credit or Debit Card issued by any bank or any other financial institution across the world. All payments are accepted in the United Arab Emirates dirham (AED).

Your credit/debit card might incur multiple charges summing up to the total amount or final total. We will notify you within 24 hours if there is any failure with the payment transaction. The reservation confirmation or ticket issuance is subject to the successful payment transaction only and amount receivable.

If there is any fare change before the successful completion of the payment transaction, we will inform you. You have the right to accept or decline the transaction. If you decline, no charges will be applied.

You authorize Cheapfaremart or the Travel Provider to:

• • verify your payment method by obtaining a pre-authorization, charging a nominal fee or through other verification means, and
• • on verification, charge your payment method.

Once the payment transaction is successful, Cheapfaremart is bound to honor the quoted price for an airline ticket even if there is any subsequent change in airfare.

For hotel, car rental, and tour/activity bookings, Cheapfaremart might ask you to pay a partial payment as per the travel supplier’s terms and conditions. The corresponding confirmation is sent to your registered email with the complete details including the remaining payment, along with hyperlinks of travel supplier’s terms, privacy, etc.

Cheapfaremart takes your data safety and privacy concern seriously. The integrated payment gateway is devised to identify any fraudulent activity. Our credit card verification team conducts a thorough verification of your credit card before processing the booking amount transaction. To establish validity of such transactions, we may contact you or your bank.

We may put a transaction on hold or decline the corresponding booking for transaction appearing as a high-risk one. We will not process the reservation until our credit card verification team provides a clearance considering it as safe.

Cheapfaremart may partner with providers of alternative payment methods (such as consumer finance companies), to provide our customers with alternative payment methods. Cheapfaremart does not endorse or recommend any alternative payment provider or their products or services. Cheapfaremart is not responsible for the content or the acts or omissions of any alternative payment provider. Your use of any such provider’s payment method is at your own risk and will be governed by such provider’s terms and policies.

If a booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, association with a government-sanctioned person or entity, or other suspicious activity, Cheapfaremart may request extra information from you. If Cheapfaremart reasonably conclude that a booking or account is associated with fraud, abuse, a government-sanctioned person or entity or suspicious activity, Cheapfaremart may:

• • cancel any bookings associated with your name, email address or account
• • close any associated accounts, and
• • take legal action, including to seek to hold you liable for any loss.

This Payment Acceptance Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued effectiveness and alignment with legal and regulatory changes.
